For Students
Is it free to browse coaches?
Yes. Browsing profiles, reading reviews, and submitting a booking request is completely free.
Is my payment information secure?
We use Stripe for all payments. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the lesson. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
What if I'm not happy with my first lesson?
Contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
For Coaches
How do I get started?
Find your profile on the site and click "Claim this profile." You'll verify your identity and add a payment method.
How does billing work?
We charge $20 per new student after their first lesson. Nothing else.
Can I decline booking requests?
Yes. You approve or decline every request. No obligation.
What happens if I need to cancel a lesson?
Cancel via your dashboard. The student is always refunded in full when a coach cancels.
